To celebrate a year of innovation-driven impact for Hong Kong’s GreenTech, “Green is Action: GreenTech Hub 1st Anniversary” organised by Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), was successfully held on 24th March 2026 at InnoCentre in Kowloon Tong.

The GreenTech Hub has become the city’s leading platform for sustainable innovation, connecting global stakeholders, breakthrough technologies, and ventures ready to scale. Through its extensive network and targeted support, the Hub has cultivated a vibrant community of over 230 green tech ventures. With The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) being one of the 20 GreenTech Hub Partners, the hub serves as a dynamic nexus connecting industry and academia to drive ecosystem growth and innovation, accelerate green technology development, support government decarbonization strategies, and solidify Hong Kong’s position in the global GreenTech landscape.

About the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation

HKSTP is a public corporation set up by the Hong Kong Government in 2001 to foster innovation and technology development in Hong Kong, manages facilities and provides value-added services for the technology, research and development sector in Hong Kong. These facilities include Hong Kong Science Park (for technology companies), InnoCentre (for design enterprises), and three industrial estates at Tai Po, Yuen Long and Tseung Kwan O (for a range of skill-intensive business sectors) as well as the Technology Incubation Programme. According to the Government, Hong Kong Science Park is the 'flagship technology infrastructure' in Hong Kong.
