InnoCarnival 2025 was organised by the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government, held from 18 October to 26 October 2025 at the Hong Kong Science Park with the theme of "I&T Unlocks Your Dream".

This year, there are 7 innovative projects were displayed at the CUHK Pavilion, captivating of more than 5,000 visitors. Public visitors were warmly invited to engage in a range of interactive and educational activities focused on innovation and technology, crafting an immersive and enriching experience for all involved in the event.
