On October 11, 2025, CUHK InnoPort participated in an exciting Information Day themed "Dream Together" for prospective university students and visitors. The event featured engaging activities, informative booths, and thrilling games.
We were delighted to receive over 1000 visitors at our booth, where we showcased "CUHK InnoPort Startup InnoLab," a collaborative project with CUHK Architecture alumni May Leung. Drawing inspiration from six core qualities that define successful entrepreneurs, we introduced Startup Buddies: Sparky✨, Bravy🔥, Sunny☀️, Buddy👊, Hearty🎯, and Stretchy💪—each representing essential traits such as creativity, bravery, teamwork, and perseverance in the entrepreneurial journey.
Attendees explored their entrepreneurial strengths through interactive activities, linking these qualities to consider how they could impact their future university studies and entrepreneurial pursuits in their desired fields. This initiative promotes student engagement, showcases these roles through imaginative characters and illustrations, integrates entrepreneurial mindsets into future studies, attracts youth to entrepreneurship, and raises awareness of the diversity on our campus.
The Information Day provided a fantastic opportunity for prospective students to discover the offerings of InnoPort and experience the vibrant campus life. We look forward to welcoming you all next year as part of our innovative community!
