The Cyberport University Partnership Programme (CUPP), supported by the Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF), offers a transformative experience aimed at unlocking the full potential of young talents and providing valuable insights into the global market.
This year's CUPP attracted 500 teams submitting entrepreneurial ideas.Following a rigorous selection process, a total of 20 nominated teams from 12 local universities participated in an overseas entrepreneurship boot camp hosted by Draper University (USA) with both local and international mentorship and competition. During their time at Draper University, CUPP participants engaged in a series of training sessions focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Cybersecurity, and Data Science, aiming to nurture the next generation of tech-savvy entrepreneurs and innovators in Hong Kong.
Subsequently, these 20 teams visited prominent Silicon Valley companies such as Google, Apple, and Plug and Play Tech Center. This experience helped CUPP participants grasp the entrepreneurial ethos of Silicon Valley, fostering innovative thinking and establishing a strong foundation for their entrepreneurial dreams.
We were honoured to have 2 CUHK startup teams joining the Entrepreneurship Boot Camp:
- Ink & Sight
- JobReady
