Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the three-day (14-16 August 2025) Food Expo PRO was opened to trade buyers for the first two days and to the public and trade buyers on the final day at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Alongside with Food Expo, Beauty & Wellness Expo, Hong Kong International Tea Fair and Home Delights Expo were held concurrently. The International Conference of the Modernization of Chinese Medicine and Health Products (ICMCM), organised by the Modernized Chinese Medicine International Association (MCMIA) together with the HKTDC and ten scientific research institutions, also take place during 14-15 August 2025.

The 3rd Food Expo PRO is a dedicated platform to meet professional buyers from the F&B industry. To help local companies to promote, HKTDC has highlighted the "Food Science and Technology Zone”, which presents alternative and future foods of interest to industry professionals.
