Topic: The What, What, Why, and How of Patents

“What if I have developed a novel idea that is unprecedented?  Will securing a patent protect my concept?”

Can I confidently launch my products and prevent others from replicating my idea with a patent?”

In this seminar, we will explore the fundamentals of patents, including their definition, the rights they confer, the responsibilities they entail, and the process for obtaining one.  Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of when and where patents are necessary, as well as how to initiate the procurement process.
